The following day i opened the package to find out the cot mattress i had ordered was incorrect, after contacting them again i was advised that they were out of stock for the mattress i ordered and they threw this one in as an upgrade despite it being cheaper and a completely different mattress type then my original order, the fact this was sent out with out any prior notice hoping i wouldn't notice is deceitful and i would expect more from a company especially down to very basic communication. My email on January 3rd was ignored, i emailed again on January 5th and eventually received a reply from Jeff in the parts team who apologised, he advised the order will arrive the following day which it did. After contacting Baby Elegance stores they advised i needed to contact their customer services team through On January 3rd i emailed them again asking about an update on my package, i had previously been in touch with DPD (whom i received an email from saying delivery was 23rd) who said they never received the package from the sender. I contact on December 29th after i didn't receive my order who said they couldn't do anything as the head office was closed until the new year. With it being the holiday period i was flexible on this as these things happen, the events that followed is where i grew in frustration. I made an order on December 21st with expected delivery on December 23rd despite no package arriving. Delayed delivery, deceitful "upgrade" after they ran out of stock
